 In the valley, at the farthest north end, you will notice a red light lingering in the sky above the waterfall. The picture shows roughly what you are looking for. I was able to capture this photo, but shortly after was required elsewhere.

 One of you, no preference as to who, should travel into the valley and capture this for me. I'll be able to provide more specific directions once you are there, but for now, just let me know when you reach the waterfall.

 Please don't abuse the filesharing feature. They can and will take it away. As they see it, this whole thing is hardly worth keeping around at all. They're all convinced letters and lights do just enough for communication.
